Application Procedures
For International Students only
Considerable care is taken by the School / University in the selection of students. Normally, the School / University takes about 2-4 weeks to process each application. Therefore, it is advisable for foreign students to apply for admission at least:
- 8 weeks before the start of each program / intake if the School is awarded the Service Quality Class (SQC) for Private Education Organizations (PEO).
- 12 weeks before the start of each program / intake if the School is not in the Service Quality Class (SQC) for Private Education Organizations (PEO) listing.

FILL IN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Fill in the EnrolHub.com's Online Application Form and submit it online. You will receive an automated reply confirmation email once you have successfully submitted the application. Our consultants will contact you for more information soon.

STEP 3 |
SEND APPLICATION FEE & DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO ASIANS OVERSEAS PTE LTD
You are required to prepare Application Fee (Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer receipt) & Documents Required for Course and Student Pass Application. (All documents have to be translated to English and certified by Notary Public if the originals are not in English).

SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION OF COURSE APPLICATION
- Your application will be submitted to your chosen School once we received all the Documents Required.
- Your School will process and evaluate your course applications (Time required: 1-2 weeks).
OFFER OF PLACEMENT
- Your school will issue you a Letter of Offer if your application is successful.
- You can use the Letter of Offer to apply for Passport (if you do not have a passport).
ACCEPT YOUR OFFER
- Pay your tuition fees, other fees or both (initial or full payment, if required by the School stated on the the Letter of Offer) by bank draft / cheque payable to the School and mail it to Asians Overseas Pte Ltd to accept the offer of placement.
- Official receipt will be issued to student upon arrival in Singapore.
CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT
- You will receive a letter confirming your enrollment into your chosen course and you will be informed if you are covered under the Student Insurance Scheme or Student Tuition Fee Account (ESCROW).
- We will send the Student ESCROW Confirmation to applicants who are covered under ESCROW for execution and the applicants are required to mail it back to us.
- You will be required by your School to pay for Insurance Premium or ESCROW Bank Charges before or after your arrival in Singapore (if applicable as there are Schools that waived the fee).
- We will apply the Student Pass for you with Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) (Time required: 2 to 8 weeks).
RESULT OF STUDENT PASS APPLICATION
Approved
- We will send a photocopy of the student pass approval letter from ICA via email upon approval of Student Pass.
Rejected
- Upon your request, we will appeal to Immigration & Checkpoint Authority for approval (Time required: 4 weeks)
APPLICATION FOR ENTRY VISA
- Applicants who have just collected their new passport are required to send a photocopy of your passport via email, fax or mail to Asians Overseas Pte Ltd.
- The School will issue Single Journey Visa (for countries requiring visa application) and Letter of Payment (upon request) to you.

GETTING READY TO SINGAPORE
You will be inform the latest date to arrive in Singapore.
You may contact us two (2) weeks prior to your arrival in Singapore for accommodation and airport pick-up arrangements.
UPON ARRIVAL
You are required to:
- Report to hostel or private accommodation (you are required to pay for the room rental and deposit for the rented room)
- Report to the School and attend Orientation Program
- Compulsory medical checkup (you are required to pay for the medical fee)
- You will collect your medical report (will be released within 1 to 2 working days) and submit it to the School.
ISSUANCE OF STUDENT PASS
You will submit medical report together with all ORIGINAL copies of the documents needed for the issue of Student Pass (Passport, Birth Certificate, Academic Certificates, Academic Transcripts and Financial Document).
Upon approval, the school's representative will bring you to Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority to collect the Student Pass.
For Female student, you will have to sign a declaration of non-pregnancy, which will be submitted before issuance of Student Pass.
Security Deposit
Where applicable, a security deposit may be required from the local sponsor upon approval of the application. The amount of security deposit can be seen in the table below:

Payment in the form of a Banker's Guarantee from any established banks in Singapore or Cashier's Order or NETS.
Applicants that are exempted from the requirement to furnish a security deposit:
- Holders of valid Dependant's Pass, long term social visit pass, and work pass
- Children of Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents
- Foreign students who study in kindergartens registered with MOE / childcare centres licensed by MCYS
- Foreign students who attend a full-time course at an approved private education organisation that is awarded Singapore Quality Class for Private Education Organisation, that is, SQC(PEO) by SPRING, Singapore
- Foreign students who pursue a full-time university degree (Graduate/Post-Graduate) programme at an approved private education organisation.
- For PRC students (all levels): waiver of interview at Singapore's Beijing Embassy and direct submission of applications to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- Granting of 1-month Social Visit Pass, upon completion of studies, for foreign students to wind down their activities in Singapore and make arrangements to leave.
