This means that when it comes to applying for a course or enrolling on a course, the normal rules of "buyer beware" apply.

CHECK CAREFULLY before you apply for a course that you are happy with the both the contents of the course and the quality of the Course Provider. DO CONFIRM with us or the Course Provider, to make sure that the price of the chosen course is correct. The Course Provider reserves the right to change the curriculum, entry requirements, structure and fee of their courses whenever and wherever necessary. If your application for a course is accepted, you will be entering into a contract directly with a Course Provider.

USER TERMS

1    INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Site is owned and operated by Asians Overseas Pte Ltd.

1.2 There is no specific time limit applying to your access and use of the Site on these Terms. However, Asians Overseas Pte Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use of the Site at any time. It may exercise this right with or without notice to you.

2    USE OF EnrolHub.com CONTENT

2.1 All material on the Site (the "Content") belongs to Asians Overseas Pte Ltd or any university, college organisation, company or individual offering courses that are publicised on the Site (the "Course Providers"). You may retrieve and display Content from the Site on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for your personal, non-commercial use.

2.2 Except as expressly set out above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content. In particular, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from Asians Overseas Pte Ltd : · redistribute any of the Content (including by using it as part of any library, archive or similar service); remove the copyright or trade mark notice from any copies of Content made under these Terms; create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the Content.

3    REGISTRATION

3.1 On registration, you must provide Asians Overseas Pte Ltd with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to inform Asians Overseas Pte Ltd of any changes to that information by e-mailing .

3.2. Each registration is for a single user only. On registration, your email will be the login identity (collectively, "ID") and password will be emailed to you. You are responsible for all use of the Site made by you or anyone else using your ID and for preventing unauthorised use. If you believe there has been any breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of your ID or any payment information, you must notify Asians Overseas Pte Ltd immediately by e-mailing .

3.3 If you use the e-mail enquiry service on the Site, you must not use the service to send, use or re-use any material which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous or indecent or which infringes copyright or other rights of third parties or which contains any other form of illegal content.

4.2 By submitting an Application Form, you agree and understand that on acceptance of the Application Form by the Course Provider: you will be entering into a separate contract directly with the Course Provider for provision of a course; a deposit fee and/or full course fees (collectively "the Fees") may be payable to the Course Provider via Asians Overseas Pte Ltd on confirmation of acceptance of your Application Form; the Fees may not be refundable after application has been sent to the Course Provider. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any comments, concerns or complaints about the course should be addressed directly to the Course Provider and not Asians Overseas Pte Ltd;

5    NO WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMER

5.1 Although Asians Overseas Pte Ltd takes care in operating the Site, it does not give any warranties in respect of the Site, the Content or Price information services available through the Site. In particular, due to the nature of the Internet and the number of sources from which Asians Overseas Pte Ltd obtains material for the Site, Asians Overseas Pte Ltd hereby disclaims all warranties, as to accuracy, timeliness, performance or fitness for a particular purpose of the Site or any material contained on it to the extent possible under the applicable law. Additionally, Asians Overseas Pte Ltd makes no warranty that the Site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

5.2 The Content does not constitute any form of advice or recommendation by Asians Overseas Pte Ltd. You should confirm details with the relevant Course Provider before making any specific decisions in relation to a course.

5.3 Any arrangement made between you and any Course Provider is at your sole risk and responsibility. Asians Overseas Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for services provided to you by any Course Provider.

5.4 You agree that Asians Overseas Pte Ltd will not be liable to you and/or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including, but not limited to loss of profits, loss of privacy and loss of data) or for any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of, or are related to your use of the Site.

5.5 You agree that your only recovery for any damages that you incur, and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the direct damages you actually incur as a result of your use of the Site up to an amount no greater than any Deposit paid by you. No limit shall apply for the liability of Asians Overseas Pte Ltd in respect of any claim for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of Asians Overseas Pte Ltd, its employees, agents and/or related parties.

6    PRIVACY POLICY

The information that you provide about yourself to EnrolHub.com will only be used by Asians Overseas Pte Ltd in accordance with its Privacy Policy Statement.

7    CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Asians Overseas reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site. Due to its policy of updating and improving the site, Asians Overseas Pte Ltd may change these Terms.

8 FORCE MAJEURE

8.1 Neither Asians Overseas Pte Ltd nor you or your company shall be responsible for delays or lack of performance resulting from events of Force Majeure which shall include but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, storm, tidal wave or other acts of nature; riot, war, hostility, public disturbance or acts of public enemies; strikes or other labour disputes or work stoppages; prohibitions by or acts of governments or public agencies; failure or interruption of transportation or other utilities; and all unforeseeable events beyond recognised as Force Majeure in general international commercial practice.

8.2 If an event of Force Majeure occurs, a party's contractual obligations affected by such an event under this Agreement shall be suspended during the period of delay caused by the Force Majeure and shall be automatically extended, without penalty, for a period equal to such suspension. The party claiming Force Majeure shall promptly inform the other party in writing and shall furnish within fifteen (15) days thereafter sufficient proof of the occurrence and duration of such Force Majeure. In the event of Force Majeure, the parties shall immediately consult with each other .in order to find an equitable solution and shall be all reasonable endeavours to minimise the consequences of such Force Majeure.

9    NOTICES

All notices or demands shall be effective if in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly made when sent to Asians Overseas Pte Ltd in the following manner to: 190 Middle Road #19-05 Fortune Centre Singapore 188979.

10    GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by Singapore law and you hereby submit irrevocably to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
